Picture plays slower than sound on a DVP642

Hello everybody,

I've got a DVP642 since 2 months and in about 70-80%, DivX are played with the picture slower than the sound.
So, every X minutes, the sound cuts and synchronizes with the picture (one time every 10mn).

Someone told me that the reason is because I live in Canada, and the system is a 23.98 frames per second, and my movies are in 25fr/sec.

Does anything exist on the DVP642 to finish with those problems please ?
