Hi,

I'm thinking about modding my V9 PAL PS2 with an Apollo 7 chip. I know this has 25 wires to connect, but it seems to be a fairly good deal, and does everything I'm looking for.

I have also looked at a Mars II chip which only has 17 wires to connect. I guess this is not too important as both are connected to the BIOS IC, and this is surely one of the most delicate connections to make?

If anybody has any feedback on these two chips and their reliability or effectiveness, I'd be most appreciative.
