Hello everyone. I am fairly new to the forums, but I am a decently savvy computer user. I have a copy of Streambox VCR and i've also got a copy of Hi-Download. I've read what I can on these and various other forums. However, I can't seem to find any sort of guide that really helps a "newb" be able to locate the url of any given streaming file fairly easily. At the moment I am trying to figure out which software to use and what settings to use on it, to get copies of music videos from http://www.mtv.com or http://www.vh1.com And I'm also looking for learn how to save copies of the videos on http://www.atomfilms.com

If anyone could give me some direction so I can start learning how to do this right, I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm using Windows XP professional with Direct X 9.0c, Windows Media Player 10, and Service Pack 1a if that makes any difference.
