i have dvd x copy platinum, i've been burning movies for a good 2 months. then i tried burning a movie, it would copy the movie to my hard drive then when i transfer the movie to the disc (dvd+r), it would burn 60 to 70% of the movie then and error would come up. help me, wasted blank discs trying to solve the problem. can't figure it out. thanks

First try using dvd+RWs.You can Rewrite over and over.Secondly,if you have any anti virus software ---------Turn it OFF.Also any other dvd software such as cyberlink/power dvd....erase them OFF your computer.There should be a blacklist of softwares that aren't compatible with dvd x copy platinum.At this time I don't have the blacklist.happy new years!

the dvd burner in my laptop went bad. now all dvd applications will not run properly without an external burner. hope thats not the case for you.
