lol FP!

no seriously... this is my first time asking for help here... I've got my nero log ready... I'm posting here in CD-R(W) Media because in my research into this error someone commented that it was probably the disk...

So i've got the disk info here too:

Nero InfoTool doesn't have much info on this disk... making me more suspicous. All I can get is the manufacture code and the blank capacity

The disk involved is a Prodisc. Aren't they supposed to be a highly reliable manufacturer?

The thread you've linked is over two years old?
It may have paid you to get more recent info?

I've never used Prodisc the only CDs' I burn are Traxdata and Ridata, both Riteck brands

What happens if you lower the burn speed? Are you running the latest firmware for your burner?
