I need help trying to solve my BSOD issue with Nero 6 and DVD Shrink. I have the latest versions of both programs running on a WinXP SP2 Dell computer. I have tried for days to solve my own issue with countless hours of reading on this forum, but no luck. Sometimes I get lucky and produce good DVD's using DVD Shrink and Nero 6, while other times I produce coasters. One thing that is constant, is that I get a BSOD EVERY time I run Nero Info Tools. It makes it to the check hardware section, then whammy! Following is a copy of my dump log. Hopefully it will make sense to someone brighter than I. I have tried just about everything I can think of, with trying different sound cards, different hard drives,Clean installs of OS, different DVD burners, slave vs master ...
