open disk----program freezes--help

I am using dvd shrink, when I click open disk the program freezes and says not responding, when i try another dvd it works fine, just when I try enemy at the gates it does this, I've cleaned dvd, it is smooth as glass, any ideas?

Run it through file mode in DVD Decrypter first and then import the file to DVD Shrink.
