Hi, i've backed up several DVDs, but right now i'm tryin to backup my "Big trouble in little china" dvd and it just aint happenin...when it rips to 53% the dvd read slows down to like 0.1x..i left it for 4 odd hours an still nothing..i tried to select it alone to rip but still it slow right down...any clues out there? I'm usin smart ripper..256ram 8oomhz an 9gigs.

i cleaned it..i thought it was workin then it came to a halt...tried skippin through the chapters...fault at chap 25...looked at the disc again..its got a dam little scar..totally tiny but still wreched...if only i had backed it up before now!!...think Amazon.com will give me a refund?...thx anyway
