This got buried and I still need some help...

I batch converted 4 .avi with nothing going in the back and on the 4th at 83%, it had "error creating directory", that just means the 4th is damaged, I presume? Not all of them?

Also, on two of the three that worked, a one-disc DVD converted from .avi to TWO .vob folders. How do I get it to fit in one?

On the one that wasn't damaged and didn't make two folders... is that one ready to burn? Nothing going in the background, burn at 4x?
