Philips DVP642 and PAL picture quality

Hello,

I am about to purchase a Philips DVP642 DVD player and have a question about its PAL picture quality.

On the www.220-electronics.com site, there is a warning:

"If you are buying this player to play Pal movies on a NTSC American TV, the picture may appear blurry because there is only a 2mb video converter built in. Please see our other JVC, Toshiba, Pioneer models for a better quality converter."

Should I be worrying about this? I do want to play PAL DVD's on this player.
