Well for Christmas i got an LG dvd burner. My backup of GTA: SA works fine but the loading is just terrible and can make the game unbearable. Has anyone else had this problem or is it just my dvds? Im using memorex dvd-rs. Any help is well appreciated.

Please tell me what program did you use to copy GTA SA? Cause nothing's working for me.

I had the same problem with San Andreas so i decided to change the discs i was using and also read/write the disc at a slower speed. This solved my problem, it shud work for you.

I've had problems with memorex, and I've heard a few other people say that they haven't had good results either.

I use Sony DVD+R 1x-4x compatible now, and I am burning at 1x with DVD Decrypter, and they've worked perfectly (GTA:SA included).
