Hey, this error is when the ps2 console has been modified. Many chips that are in ps2's across the wrold can be shut off, i know for my chip i have to hold he reset button fro 5 seconds and my chip will be disabled. By doing so does this mean that since you cant play online with a chip unless you disable it, you must play online with an ORIGINAl ps2 game, so when i disable my ps2 chip I cant play with a copied game? Any help.

u have to patch ur back up with the orginal disc id in order to play online. a search should help.
