Okay this is gay, i heard that when u get the dms4 you cannot play backup games? you have to flash your modchip with Toxic OS or Toxic Bios, wtf? im so confused can some one please EXPLAIN!

All dms4 chips need to be flashed. This takes little effort to do all you have to do is download toxicbios or toxicos (depending on if its pro or lite), burn it to cd, and flash teh chip. im sure there is a post on how to flash if you dont know how to do it.
