Thanks to the folks at DVDXCOPY.com. I recently rebuilt my hard drive but kept getting the error 100 message when I tried to run my reloaded DVDXCOPY software. I could log into the website and see my account but could not activate the software. After a couple of emails to the DVDXCOPY folks they checked my password and it wasn't the same one as the one in the CD jacket of DVDXCOPY. I had changed it and forgot about it. Once they helped me discover that, I tried a different password and BAM it worked and I am up and running. Thanks for the support DVDXCOPY.com.
