Motorola v551 games transferred via midway time out error?????HELP!!!!!!!

I installed midway 2.8 and i still can not seem to send games to my v551 via usb data cable. I tried all the different com ports and it says time out error and i can not seem to find out what is wrong with it. Is there any solution or any other way to transfer game to my motorola v551!!!!!
