I have trying and trying to find a video editing program that will work for me! I've downloaded trial version after trial version and cannot find one to do this SIMPLE thing!

I just want TWO images to appear on the same slide. All I can get the programs to do is produce the full sized image as a single slide. I do not want to overlay the images, just use a background and put two seperate, smaller images on the background.

It is probably really easy & right in front of me, but I CAN'T do it! Hope you can help... Thanks so much!
(*Also, I've already tried Ulead VideoStudio and MediaStudio, Sony Vegas, and Adobe Premiere (I'm sure you can do it on that but it's sooo difficult to figure out!))
