I recieved a copy of DVD XCopy Platinum as a Christmas gift and now I can' activate it. I try and put the login ID and password info that comes in the case and it won't work. I understand that 321 Studios is no longer in business which explains why all the tech support numbers don't work, but is there any way to get this working. I would really like to backup my DVD collection. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

your only other option is to get a crack of the internet try kazaa there is a crack which makes it works

You can get a serial / crack from [REMOVED]

or you can use CloneDVD2 & ANYDVD which is much better.

Ask them
a) For your money back(recomended)
b) How to activate.

PS Try DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink. They are both free, just click on the link.
I have DVD X Copy Platinum 4.0.4.16 and I use Shrink + Decrypter.
