You may have permanently trashed your drive. I had a bit of trouble fully understanding your post - did you try to reflash the firmware?

Hi again...
10x for fast answer...
About my drive...
Now BIOS do not "see" it...
And also update software do not see it anymore...
When I connected to PC only led diod is flash...The one where "write" is (green one)...becuase there is also "write" diod which flash red...
I think I am clear now...?
Problem is that nobody recognize it anymore...
BIOS, Update soft...
So..I asked if somebody have expirience with it..?
Maybe some forced flashing software..>?
Or maybe phisicly to remove Chip and to reflash it with
eeprom programmer..?

Regards...

It certainly looks like your drive is trashed if nothing will recognize it. I think your only hope at this point is to try forcing another firmware flash. I don't know if physically removing the chip will work or if it's even worth it.

That happened to a lite-on CD-RW Drive I owned,It's now useless. You might as well go out and order a new one because it sounds like that drive is trashed.
Sorry But Shit happens.

I had a similar problem with an NEC ND1300 DVD-RW. I thought the drive was trashed after a failed firmware update so i ordered a new unit. While waiting for the new unit i e-mailed NEC regarding repairing the trashed drive. They then e-mailed me a program that forced the new firmware update to the drive by selecting which channel the unit was connected to on the IDE bus (primary-master etc...)

This sorted the drive out allowing me to sell it. As this was when the units were about £180 each it was well worth sending a grovelling e-mail to the manufacturer.

Try it, it might just work.
