Multiple Video TS Files to dual layer burning

Howdy all.
My first thread. I want to backup some video files I had burnt to cdr and add more than one to a dual layer disc.
Using Nero 6 and adding the second lot of video ts files it won't allow the second lot in as named the same. I can't change the names of the 2nd lot of files it won't recognise the format whem dragging files in. I'm using a liteon dvdrw sohw-16335 dual layer burner
