Xbox fragging..Need some HELP

I installed the rebuild pcb that came with my X3 chip. All LED's light up...2 blue and one red. I tapped the power button and the xbox power cycled on and off 3 times before staying on with a red front panel light (X3 disabled). After hitting the power button on and off a few times i got the blue front panel (X3 enabled). I turned it off once more and now i cant get the X3 enabled again. The power light on the front is fragging red and green. I even tried holding the pwr and eject to backup and i dont even get the purple LED to light up...any ideas?
