I have been trying to download some files using "bit torrent" for about a week now without results. Does anyone have any experience using this portal to download??. I always keep getting a error message saying " cannot connect to tracker". Can anyone help me please!!!!

You posted in the wrong forum obviously but...

What tracker are you using? I use bit comet without a problem, but can't speak for any other because I havent tried them.
