So far the only one I've found is CloneDVD 3, but I'm having problems with that program as described in another thread. I downloaded CloneDVD 2 from Slysoft but it doesn't seem to be able to split them, just shrink them.

Never mind. I just found the chapter split function in DVD Shrink, so I'm good to go. Thanks anyway.

DvdReMake is probably the most flexible for spliting.
