I downloaded phone tools, and did everything that was said to do in one of the threads (I now can't find that thread), and I got phone tools to work... once. Now it won't recognize my phone. What should my settings be so that it recognizes my phone (i.e., the internet settings, the communication settings, etc.)? Can someone run through the entire process of the downloads, and so on, so that maybe I can start over and get this thing to work once and for all?

First get the p2k usb driver and install it. So windows can recognize the phone http://bongowireless.com/file_download.php

Then download phone tools
