Any modchip installers in MD?

I was wondering if anybody knows of any modchip installers in the Annapolis or Baltimore area.

I could do it but I live in California you will have to mail me you PS2. Or you could also Go to like a hardware store or like a TV repair shop were they might know how to solder and ask them if they can do it for you. You'll probably have to give them the modchip and the diagrams if they don't know what a modchip is.

I've actually already sent it away and had it installed, but two wires came loose and I just need someone who knows what they're doing to fix them. Is there anyway to test to make sure it works correctly using a machine or gauge or something? Or is the only way it can be tested is to put in a game and see if it loads?
