i have downloaded craxtion 3.1, and on the left side it has a webpage icon, it also sometimes doesnt open, and when it does, it says something like, windows isnt able to open this file, and then lets me select a program to open it with, i need an exact site where i can get the program, the FULL version, so it works properly

for this program to work you need to have the "net framework" installed on your computer. You cam also download from http://www.craxtion.com/download.html
or from the windows update site.
