Problem W/ Motherboard - Eject Button Stuck?

I've got an xbox where the eject button is on like all the time ... for that reason, I can't swap hd's because if I'm in the Evox dashboard, it's okay because the software locks the drive (I'm guessing), but if I have one where the dashboard's not installed, I get error 14 and it just keeps opening/closing the dvd drive. It's an older one. version 1.1.

I think it's a problem w/ the motherboard because if I pull out the plug between the power/ eject switch, the drive still opens and closes. The eject button works, but the power button never works.

I don't think it has anything to do with my mod, but I put an Aladdin Live chip in it.

Anyone encounter something like this before?
