1) Is there a way i can make the phone switch from the loud profile to silent or vibrate without opening the clamshell ? Once i do open it, is there a faster way of changing profiles instead of making shortcuts to the profiles i need ?

2) Is there any way to display 2 or more contacts with the same name, under one entry ? I went to ph book setup and i selected primary contacts, i've restarted the phone even, and still no change.

3) How long does it take for the battery to fully recharge, mine takes around 4 hours, which i find is way too much, mine has a 860mah cappacity.
