Is there a way to get DVD Audio to MP3?

My brother got an Ipod for the holidays and was given a music DVD. Is there a way to rip them to MP3 so that he can add it to his Ipod.

I currently have DVD Shrink, DVD Decrypter and Pinnacle Instant Copy on my system so if anyone knows how to do it with these (or other free programs) I would appreciate the help.
