Help Please...DVD Decrypter Files Not Showing up in Specified Folder

I'm trying to make a copy of the Disney animated feature Brother Bear for my nephew. I used DVD Decrypter to rip the files using Mode-->File, specifying a folder, and then running Decrypter. It completes the task successfully (or so the dialog box says so when the task is complete), however, the files do not show up in the folder I specified. I've done this twice and the results are the same. I did this earlier w/ Troy and it worked fine. As far as I know, I've used the same settings. Not sure what is going on...

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on what has happened and how to resolve the problem...thanks!

anyone????

i used shrink to creat the ts files and it worked. but still would like to know why, when using decypter, it ripped the files but they didn't show up in the folder i specified?
