Hi, can anyone please help. I am playing San Andreas and am about 70% of the way through the game but have come up against a brick wall!! I am doing "Los Desperados" level and I can?t recruit any family gang members or get any to follow me. I have tried pressing up on the D-Pad but get no response other than my own shouts. Can anyone please help?? Crowd attack cheat has been activated on the saved game, and the city is rioting, will either of these have any effect??

aim at them and push up on the d-pad and you will see their health bar on the side of screen

I havent played the game in a while but im pretty sure thats the level were the town goes into a riot. if it is then you CANT recruit gang members!!!!!!!
sorry your on your own in that level!!!

please can someones HELP ME! i am on a easy enuf mission , freefall -one of the missions that leads up to the hesist strand,
you have to drive thru the corena shoot up the hitmen but then you have to land the plane , and this is virtually impossible as the plane is sure to catch on fire or blow up . what should i do !?
help!

can someone help me. Im in Saint Mrks Bistro. my damn plane wont fly high enough to go into the level. i fly towards the yellow triangle on the map and it does nothing. i have flown for up to half an hour so many times. i've been on it for a week and a half now. can someone please tell me what they did. please please please help me, i need to beat it.do you fly out to sea or something? pleeeeeeeeease heeeelp

just keep flying north n then u'll reach the sea , and after flying for about 5mins across the sea a mini movie clip is activated ...

Well, I have the same problem, when I recruit people to my gang in the Los Desperados mission, they just stand there. I got so pi***d last night i shut it off. I try to recruit gang members and Cesar doesn't follow me, just stands around. I get in a car and they ALL stand there and do nothing. And you do have to recruit people for this mission, because you have to back up Cesar's boys. I need so much help. I try do go myslef and I leave Cesar behind and cant finish. They stand and won't move, I'm so MMMAAAADDD!!!!!

Mate I have exactly the same problem. It?s on my friend?s game and I don?t like making him play it any more because I'm scared he is going to have a seizure he gets so angry. Has anyone had this problem and solved it? I have even tried going to the station to start the mission on my own but there is no one there. PLEASE PLEASE HELP, I started the thread months ago but no solutions posted so far have worked. I will get my medal press out for anyone that can help.

Alrite, its very simple to do, you basically go into an area thats green, i find its best to do it just outside sweets house, it doesnt matter if caeser doesnt follow you as you arent too far away from him, (grove street turf) and search for a grove street member, then simply target him with R1 and press up on the directional button, it will then come up a bar saying gang strength in the top right hand corner, it should have grew, do this to 2 people and then just get into sweets car and caesar and your 2 members will get in also. The difficult part is after that, you have to kill all the people in caesars "hood" but if one of those members die, you fail, there isnt any life bars but they pretty much stick with you so its best to use guns and not rocket launchers as you almost certainly will kill one of your gang. I have had a few goes at it but someone keeps taking my crew out with a rocket launcher so i just turned the ps2 off in frustration. Good luck

I had the exact same problem on this level and just figured out why... You garaged Sweets car somewhere! Go and move it out of the garage, park it outside Sweets house and save the game then attempt the level again. You'll be able to recruit gang members with no trouble and Cesar will keep following you once you've recruited them.

When you in the plane it should be easy to just knock all the guys out 1 by 1 with what every weapon you have. (you can't use a gun) After that just follow the instruction. (I forgot what you do after that)

This is the wrong place for this thread ... but the way to recruit gang members is ... drive Ceasar over to the train station - don't worry about recruiting anyone yet ... and then, as soon as you make it to the station, then recruit. It is a glitch that effects all players.
