Right firstly I'm in the UK and just bought a US Xbox with ten games for £100, I want to play my UK games so have decided on the Spider Chip, wat I need to know is once I install it, can I start playing straight away by sticking the games in or is there more I need to do first.

You will have to flash it with a hacked BIOS. And I suggest you put a dashboard onto the HDD such as evox, but you dont have to.
