BIOS Loading and usage issue (n00b Here)

I have just installed a Xenium ICE mod chip I can load the Original M$ BIOS but am unsure as to how use another BIOS and weather I'm loading it right. I tried loading Cromwell But all it does when I load it is bring up a screen that I don't know what to do with. Also I can't seem to be able to run a bios whith the xbox running through my High Def cables.

If anyone could point me in the right direction to finding the right BIOS and guide on how to run it (i.e. Running Backed up games)
