Anybody know any info on this issue?
Used DVDShrink to back the disc up to an ISO, burned the image with Nero without issue, but then the data verification failed saying Sector xxxxxx content does not match source. But I played the disc in my DVD player and everything seems OK.
I also downloaded CDCheck to test the disc for readability and it worked fine. When I tried to use the "compare" option with the disc and the ISO that obviously didn't work cause theyre not the "same" files and when I tried to compare the burned disc to the original disc it wouldn't work because of copy protection or an inability to create hashes.
I guess I'm not really complaining since the burned disc seems to be working fine but I don't want to find out later that there is some glitch in this or other discs, especially data ones, and I don't want to waste time verifying data if that's an unreliable feature in the Nero software in the first place.
Using Nero Ulra 6.6.0.3 - I'm a short-time listener, first-time caller on this forum as I'm new at this stuff. Really appreciate all the help. The log is as follows:
