Back Up Of Resident Evil Only 30 Mins of Audio

Made a backup of Resident evil and used dvd shrink to encode it everything worked used roxio 6 to burn it under a data file everything went smootely and then audio just cuts off 30 mins into movie with the picture still showing anybody have any suggestions on what I could have done wrong
