Probs burning dowloaded DVD-R film

Thanks to anyone that can help me with this prob. I downloaded a DVD-R film thinking it would be okay to burn straight to DVD. I have the Video_TS folder with all .BUP, .IFO and .VOB files which I have tried to burn in Nero 6, but Nero comes back with 'DVD-video files reallocation failed' the resulting video might be unplayable. Is there another piece of software I can use to burn this with so I can watch it??????
