Date code 4D defines when the console was manufactured. 4D or the 4th quarter. Your console was made in October,November or December. Hold on to that one,the 4D models have been running modchips without
the laser fix. You have one of the better made slims.

How do you find the date code? I have a PAL PStwo SCPH-70003, and I can't seem to find any date code on the sticker.

I too have a PAL PStwo SCPH-70003 and I can't see a date code on the sticker.

My PAL SCPH-30001 doesn't have one either.

Yeah we don't have those codes on our consoles, are the PAL machines manufactured in a different place to the NTSC ones?
