DVD chapters?

I have an avi file that I would like to burn to dvd with chapters. How do I go about doing it?
Also is there a way to have a menu on the DVD with pics that u can click to go to certain chapters like real dvd's do?

Try DVDLab or Virtual Dub OR IFOEdit - they can give you what you want -

Definately go with the Lab. It is by far the easiest program to use that offers the greatest utility. It is pretty sweet!
