hi i got a pstwo for my birthday and dms4 pro chip. i install the chip in the system and when try to play it nothing happen, not even the browser came on. please help

uhh..hate to break it to ya but u probly bridged a solder point somwhere and fried ur pstwo

you can fix this by finding the bridged contact
look carfuly with a magnifying glass to find it

well u know the black chips with all the little legs on em? well its when you solder somthing to one of them, and u get solder on another leg that u didnt mean to. it forms a "bridge" like connection. im not good with solder, but u made need what i think its called is a desoldering pen or sumthing. and yes, it will be hard.
