My Canon DV camcorder took a fall and is no longer functioning. I sent it to get repaired but they couldn't get the required parts from Canon.

Therefore I plan to sell the camera on ebay for a bit of cash and look for a slightly better camcorder. I don't know the first place to start, because I know very little about brands and prices and whatnot.
