VSO DivxToDVD Problem

I'm trying to convert a SVCD file and it has worked very well before, but after I re-installed the system the Output Movie is "pushed in" from the left and right so I've got big black borders on both sides.

I've tried installing different kinds of codec packs thinking it would help, but it hasn't. Does anyone have a clue why this is? I'm using the latest Version (0.3.1.13)
