(Decrypter-SM 3.3 Slide tool)I chose the MDS,(is this the ISO file?)file ,and wrote on Memorex Dvd-R 8x at 1x,loaded SM3.3,slide right,loaded backup, slide tab left,X button. Result; disc rattled around (clicking sound for 5 seconds with the message wrong PS2 disc. What went wrong; wrong file? improper media? Slide tool seemed to work great ?

If the burn was 100 percent complete and the, "Not a valid Ps2 disk" message popped up it is most likely due to the media. Maybe the original file is scratched, try using a different source.

thanx andone, I just went out and got some Sony Dvd-Rs. I will give those a try. Can anyone tell me if the MDS file is the right file to burn to disc using Decrypter?

Yes the MDS file is the file you should select to burn...
As for the sony dvd-r's Im not so sure about those. I've always reached the 100 percent point with these disks, but only 3 of 11 burns have worked for me. If your ps2 is newer I recommend using good quality dvd +r's.

if you are,how come.this is a dvd9 game.
get yourself some better media.memorex suck
try using ritek go4,infiniti dvd-r.

since they are ea games.. if they jump and skip always reburn with DVD+R media if your ps2 can play it. if your ps2 is v4 or better then it can play it.
