it analyzes about 90% of the movie and then a popup comes up that says "DVD shrink encountered an error and can not continue. Failed to read file "E:\" Data error cyclic redundancy check" anyone know how to addres this? I'm using DVD Shring 3.1 and 3.2 (tried both)

hi artroo...

a lot of times this error will appear as a result of a dirty/scratched/bad disc. not sure if you tried a search before posting, but there are several threads dealing with this. below, i've included a link to one such thread (did a quick search). ScubaPete has given a pretty thorough look into this. it should help you....
