I downloaded the program and when I click on the icon there is a message that appears at the bottom of the box. "device not ready medium not present". can you explain...and no, I didn't attempt to try the program just incase. I'm new at this.

another reason I ask is...I got a similiar message after I downloaded DVD infopro even though there "were" +rw's in the drive.

did you install it or just download it? I assume you installed it due to the error message. The message means that there is no disk in the dvd drive.

thanks, so basically it's good to go? and yes I did install it.
