Trouble After Writing a DVD

Hi All,
Im Narutard and a newbie in this forum and a newbie to Dvd burning too.
I have read the avi/divx to dvd guide.
I follow the step of convert,author and burning process with ;
TMPGEnc Plus 2.5 to convert my Bleach.avi (size 175 mb)(duration: 0:23:14)(Video=XVID Codec MPEG-4)(Audio=MPEG Layer-3) into m2v files and mp2 files(size 645 mb + 63.8 mb).
THen i author both the files with IFOEd v 0.971 into VOB files.Result i got VIDEO_TS.BUP,VIDEO_TS.IFO,VTS_01_0.BUP,VTS_01_0.IFO,VTS_01_1.VOB into the folder i want.(size of all is 725 mb)
Lastly i burn all 5 vob files with Nero burning rom into a Memorex DVD+R(8X/ 4.7gb/120 mins)
All of the step comes out fine and no error report.
Still the dvd disc wont play with my Plextor PX-716UF and my Sony Dvd Player DVP NS-315.And it's freeze while i put it into Plextor.
Need some help and enlightment here pls.
