I want some information to how to burn ps2 games.
What program I can use to do this.
Can I use dvd x copy?
Also do I need do some alteration to my ps2?
I have the slim version.
After your sugestion their is other place that I can look for more in complete information so I can start to back my dvd and cd games.\\

dvd decrypter will copy ps2 games,free from this site
yes you will need a modding device,one that suits your model of ps2.

What is the molding device? Is the same as Swap Magic 3.3 disc? I read a lot of post look like that the safe way is by using the Swap Magic 3.3 disc and that the mochad part or something b\c some people are experience a lot of burned laser. It is true cuz.
Tell me anytime that you know so I can build up my knowledge in the situation.

modding means "a means of mooding your ps2 in order to boot backups",that could mean using swapmagic,although you cannot use slide card with your slim ps2,
it could mean hd loader,loading ps2 games from a hardrive with a network adapter.
it could mean getting your ps2 chipped with a soldered mod chip.
there are various ways of doing things,its all down to choice,
personally i would use modchip,its less hassle,but this will void the gaurantee.

Yep, for the v12 there is also the tape mod, a slidetool (not to get confused with SlideCard), and i think they are coming out with a replacement fliptop. So there are a lot of ways you can go about modding it to play backups with the Swap discs.

new to this site and im wondering on how to backup ps2 games, i have a dms3 modchip in my ps2 and i need to make backups, ive been told about some kind of security on the games that needs to be added. can anybody help me

HELP!!!, ive tried to back up with DVD Decrypter and it didnt work ive tried Nero and it didnt work ive tried Alcohol 120 and that didnt work somebody plz help me I have a DMS3 modchip i dont know wut to do

Burn at 1x and get good media (also the correct format media, + or -).

-r media should work on every ps2, +r works on v5+ and occassionally v4's.
