Gameshark Backup Question

I have Gameshark V3 for the ps2 of course put i'm starting to get very lazy of putting codes in manually. I put my gameshark cd in my computer and find something call a codelist bin, or something like that. So i believe the codes are store in that bin. If i copy the whole cd in the computer is there a software available that allows me to input codes directly or transfer code from a SharkPort 2 Save file, into the codelist bin. Or i will just have to get a Sharkport 2. If this question been post already, i'm sorry and can u either give me the answer or direct me to the section of the forum with the answer thank u.
