My company wants to have short video clips of work we've done on our website. I've never done this before and would like recommendations on what software to use.

All work is on a dvd. The files on the DVD are BUP, IFO and VOB. The average software like quicktime Pro won't recognize these files.

Do I have to take those files and save them to avi, etc???

I don't want to use Premier or Finalcut.

I work on a pc using 2000.

TIA,
Totally confused and at wits end ;-(((

DVD2AVI can convert from...wait for it...DVD to AVI! Have a look here: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/dvd2avi.cfm

Quicktime Pro can convert from AVI to what you want. Don't know of any free programs that can do this.

Adder.

Adder01... because Adder was taken.
