i am trying to rip the movie,the return of the king.i have used dvd encrypter and dvd shrink on 30 movies +,but this one is giveing me trouble. otherwise these 2 programs work great.thanks rww

Seriously though, need a little more detail. Which program are you trying to rip it with? Shrink or Decrypter? And exactly what problem are you having with it?

solved my own problem,disc was scratched,used toothpaste to clean disc.now everything is working great.thanks for replying (weirdo007).
