WinHiip Problem !!!

hi
i have problem with win hiip 1.65


1. i have formated the hard drive through hd loader on my ps2.

2. when i connected it to pc inetrnally it showed has PS2 is this correct so far ??



But when i click on PS2 on win hiip it freeze for 2 seconds and the computer resets !

Could some tell me what i am doing wrong ?

----computer spec---
Hd loader
Windows 98
40gb Maxtor (labelled has PS2) this for the ps2

i dunno this is the best way to try, but if i were u this is what i m gonna do
btw, it looks like there is some sort of conflicts, either with your softwares or hardwares, so i guess the best way to test it out is in safe mode
so try installing games or whatever u were going to do in safe mode to see u have any luck
if that works, then start temp. disable unnecessary softwares when u use winhiip to see that helps

the rest looks good to me, but u can't really tell until u selected your ps2 drive.. that of cuz has to come after u fix your little problem!! good luck
