Xecuter 3CE not loading the bios?

Hello guys,
I just modem my xbox 1.5 with Xecuter 3ce looks like the instalation is ok, but when I try to flash the bios I dont get to se the "Xbox xecuter rox my box" Screen

It goes ok to the prosses of flashing I get the screen that the flashing is talking place, but then it just shuts down, when I power on I get the blue screen that says FlshBios 3.0.1 and I can not load games from dvd tray. Am I doing somehing wrong?
